If I could give this company 0 stars I would. On Sept 5,2021 I purchased $5000+ of furniture from Ashley Homestore in Portland, Oregon. I was told at the time that I would have to wait a couple of weeks to receive a couch and love seat set from the manufacturers. After the date of delivery changed 4 times extending into the new year I decided to cancel the order all together. At that time(sometime in December 2021) I was told that I was only going to receive a portion of the $1300 for the full amount due back on the loved seat and couch with no explanation as to why, even though this is a clear breach of the agreement that I signed at the time of purchase. The return agreement is for a full refund of the purchase price. I was then told I would receive the $1300 split between a check and a debit back to my account, because this is how I paid for my original purchase in store. It is now May 2022 and I have sense never received a check or debit to my account of any amount, nor have I received the furniture that I paid for. I would for this company to be held accountable for stealing my money.

Poorest customer service ever. They clearly do not care about the satisfaction of their customers. After receiving a damaged couch, it is now 6 weeks and no repair is completed. They can provide no ETA of repairs and even admited to ordering parts 7 days after initial service call. They will provide no compensation for the 6 weeks that i have had the couch but cannot use it and clearly do not care that they have a very unhappy customer. I paid $1100 for a couch that i cannot use and have no idea when it will be repaired. They just keep saying it is out of their hands. Its like they are ready from a script and honestly do not care what the customer says. Others told me they had the same response and said not to order from them because of their poor customer service. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THEM AND SHOPPED ELSEWHERE!
