A member since 2021 and I highly recommend that you invest in creating a profitable website. This company helps market artists, photographers, galleries and sculptures. They have daily steps for you to follow and has weekly Zoom meetings to answer your questions. We highly recommend this company to meet your needs.

As a website, it's fine: clean and professional, but the price tag is enormous. The marketing—the plan to have them market for you and to help you grow—flat-out doesn't work. I gained not a single new follower with them after almost a year. On my own, I'm able to get followers, but the process is slow. They provide nothing that works outside of what we know already works: steady artwork posted regularly. But their marketing posts were annoying, old-fashioned, and sometimes horrible with grammar mistakes, poor taste, etc. I signed up because I didn't have time to do things myself, but I basically threw my money down the drain with ASF doing any marketing for me. The staff members are super friendly, but the results are in the toilet. I would recommend doing things yourself and saving the money. If you have no idea how to put together a website, then maybe this would work for you. But I basically paid for them to do it and ended up doing or re-doing 95% of it. I highly regret signing up with them.

Tip for consumers:
The marketing that’s “done for you” doesn’t work, especially if you’re fairly new and don’t have time to do things yourself. They make big promises with no results.

The assistance received was amazing and the support team has not failed to respond to all the doubts I had while providing the right answers with random pop ups while I was working to make sure I don't need help. With arranged time schedules to make certain that you are aiming towards your targets, they keep a track to ensure that you are working accurately. Their aim is to ensure that you would be confident and would MAKE MONEY. This is not just an internet hosting company but an actual advertising and marketing software exclusively for artists and photographers.

I have been with Artstorefront for over 2 years. I have spent well over $5000 to them to host my art work. I paid them hundreds of dollars to have some of their marketing people post on Facebook for me. I have also posted DAILY on Facebook. So far, I have sold ONE mug from their website after two years. The profit was about $6. Hardly a great return on investment. They have a FB group called "Small Win from ASF" and I hear similar stories. They encourage people to spend money on FB ads and pay extra money on Co-Pilot. Most of the people are not selling anything. This was the single worst business decision I have ever made.
