I was hesitant to order as I thought this might be a scam sight but I thought 25 bucks why not. I will now be ordering tons of custom dress shirts to look like a goober! They do take about a month to arrive but I'm more than happy to wait for custom shirts! Great quality and customer service was very helpful as it was around Christmas and they were slammed with orders.
Ordered some dresses for our business - they are absolutely hideous, look nothing like the photos, cheaply made. Will not be asking the staff to wear them. Disgraceful.

Had a few orders that were ok... THEN... black t shirt has a white line not in the design... satin pyjamas the on screen and actual prints are totally different!
Tried to contact them... no success their online form doesn't work... THEN! I discover I have to pay shipping to Hong Kong! ONLY EVER USE Pay Pal so you can get your money back!

After one month after purchase my item is still processing. They said that in 7 days I'll receive it, so I wrote to the customer care to understand if everything was ok and they told me they had delays. This was 15 days ago, and still no idea when the product is going to be made, let alone shipped.
I was worried after reading other reviews but I thought that I would try this site. I read the positive reviews and made sure that my photo was converted to the highest DPI so it would be decent looking. It was more than decent, it is beautiful! And so roomy! I love the leather smell. Very happy!
I have never and would never sign up for their website. I have received over 20 emails in the past few months constantly asking me to purchase all kinds of products from them.
I went crazy ordering from ArtsCow, and then started reading the horrible reviews. It was a bit disconcerting, so I was preparing for the worst.
My first order finally arrived; shipping is very slow, so order way in advance. My second order apparently took more than 2 weeks to go from "processing" to shipped... even though it was only 2 days after the first order. Still, I was happy to see the print quality for all of the products was excellent! I teach photography, so am pretty picky about accuracy and color. Knock on wood, first order is impressive! The material used isn't the highest quality, but none of the stuff looks junky and I suspect things will hold up reasonably well based on what I see. So I'm pretty happy overall!
Ordered the masks on 9/12 and received them on 9/17. Was amazed. Masks are of good quality. Nose piece is solid. Materials look and feel good. Wasn't pleased with the mask not being pressed into the mask like my other PGT masks purchased from other sources, but the mask is up to par. Customer service was responsive
Can you give a 0 star review? Their customer service is terrible and their photo reproductions are beyond bad. I ordered a personalized photo blanket. Some of the photos came out orange. The base colour was supposed to be dark purple. The colour I got was light blue. When I complained they said I could return it at my cost for a refund. I was not going to send it back to China to get a refund of what I paid when it would cost me a fair bit to return it and end up with nothing. They claimed the photo colours were my fault and that the base colour was 'close enough'. Its not worth the money or aggravation to use this company. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to ever use them. SCAM.

Don't use it. Its a terrible site with very bad customer service. They do not stand by their products.

Ordered some photo gifts (umbrella, golf umbrella, decorative photo flags, coin purses) and they are AWESOME!
One thing I did not care for is that products are AIRMAILED from Hong Kong. Ok fine, I don't care where it came from but I wish I didn't have to pay the airmail costs. The freebies for signing up for an account are amazing!

Going to have to update my previous review -- have had wonderful products and have been very happy with items. I love them and friends have loved the gifts.
However, customer service is HORRIBLE! They do not issue refunds to credit cards!
My first interaction with them was on a quote for a bulk order. They would not honor quote & tried to up price by 25% saying the quote expired and the new bulk price was set. Our organization walked away.
My latest has been over an order cancellation -- they charged my credit card when I placed the order and then I cancelled it (I ordered wrong size, totally my fault). But they want a cancellation fee -- still no problem because order mistake was my fault. But they wont' refund my credit card (even the amount less the c. Fee) another rep cash-credited my account for a next purchase -- Yeah - great resolution. But a 2nd rep removed it when I asked how to apply it to a further purchase. They won't call me. If I can get my money back either way I am leaving --
They are losing a prolific customer who leaves reviews. Just went from 4 starts to 1.
I ordered masks 7 weeks ago. They gave me the tracking number and masks still in PRE-SHIPMENT.

Ordered a custom jumper, got someone else's order. Contacted them to sort issue, keep waiting for repplies and nothing. Instead of making my order again straight away and posting to me express they only offered me a discount on express delivery or told me to wait 45 days for them to fix mistake and not even that was confirmed or dealt with yet. So basically I ordered a present several weeks ago, didn't get it and have no idea what the story is yet!

They have 99 cent customize mousepad which is really awesome, my friend got his few weeks ago, I can't wait to get mine.
Artscow is very unreliable. I ordered a custom mousepad exactly 20 days ago. It shipped 17 days ago. The item has not arrived yet. I contacted support twice regarding this issue. They said that it was still in transit. First, I paid extra money for expedited handling. It has not arrived in the 8-12 business day timeframe they said it would. I wish I could do something about this situation. Never using them. Use Vistaprint instead.
I wish I had read these first. Their site is very buggy. They took my order, which took forever to place on buggy site, now three days later they are telling me I haven't paid! How do I get my money back?
I would give NO stars if I could. The customer service is beyond rude, you can't call that a service. Other printing companies may charge more but at least they'd have excellent product quality and customer support.
The website us buggy and fishy how it hides its Hong Kong location and pretends to be a US company whatsoever.
Apparently they find their customers stupid and only want their money, if you have one complaint they justify it with 'Others ordered as well and liked it' Ever thought that one order could have mistakes? So they believe they ALWAYS do it right?

I've used Artscow several times. The photo blanket turned out great. Canvas prints were 50/50. Some great, some poorly exposed - snow was grey instead of white. On 3/18/20 I ordered 100 surgical masks. As of today, 5/9/20, I'm still waiting for them. Customer Support says to keep waiting. I'm about to ask Paypal for a refund.
Very nice site, even though shipping may take up to couple of weeks, but they do FREE international shipping, which is really cool. I can order some prints or wall calendars and ship them directly to any country!
For example one wall calendar would cost me around $9 shipped. Now, comparing to what I ordered before at shutterfly.com $15+shipping cost to my place in US + international shipping cost
I signed up for this after my friend told me she got most of her photos here. It works awesome! They have given me tones of credits for free stuff! I put together a photo album for my friend's Christmas present. I needed to print 120 pictures! Most stores are 0.29 cents-0.69 cents a 4x6. So I was looking at $35-$80 for pictures! As a new member they gave me 100 free 4x6's. So with shipping I paid all of $20 for 120 photos. Shipping reasonable considering it's coming from China. Still loving this site today.
My sister told me about this site and I used it this year to make a photobook for my graduating students in Costa Rica. The books turned out great, we got a good promotional price, the shipping international to Costa Rica was free and the shipping time was reasonable since they ship from Hong Kong. I get promo info by email and I want to order more items when I have time to design them.
They have horrible customer service and just like the user below they will give you the runaround. They don't care about customer service or integrity. They just want your money. Do your self a HUGE favor and buy from a reliable company in the USA. They are always having delays so if you have months to wait for your product maybe you won't have an issue but don't expect them to follow the shipping times and production times stated on their site! Pay the little bit of extra and go somewhere you trust! Believe me! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Our order wasn't cropped the way we asked. It was cropped and cut off parts that made the stretched canvas look terrible and unusable. This is the first time we have had this problem, so I am unsure of what happened. We have orders dozens of canvas printed before that are stretched and not had this issue. We were told we have no options to return what was sent and have them re-done properly. The larger canvas is perfect. The 2 of issue are the Mini Canvas 6" x 4" (Stretched) and Mini Canvas 7" x 5" (Stretched). Highly recommend you avoid this company since they are now not being consistent between what you load and save and what they choose to print and stretch for you.
