I've ordered several shirts and hoodies from this company, and the quality is very good! I've had a hoodie for 5 years, and it still looks great- color is deep and it didn't fray where I cut the neck area! It does take a bit longer to get them than a fully stocked big shop, but they're worth the wait!

My order never arrived and I have been unsuccessful at getting ahold of anyone through email, instagram, or their silly contact form in order to get a refund or even just an actual product. I have ordered from this company years ago with no complaints whatsoever, so I'm sorry to see that they are no longer reliable.

I ordered a cat mom's sweater (very proud cat mom) after waiting a month for my order and then being charged an extra 20 to pick it up at the post office I opened up a dog mom sweater. This company makes returns impossible as they will not respond to you at all. Also they need to pay for the return as it's there fault but they've gone radio silent. Scammers. Super disappointed

I ordered A bunch of clothing and stickers for the holidays and spent over $100 on this company. They have not responded to any of the costumer support messages. I'm very disappointed that it ended up being such a scam.

Not sure if it's a scam or not but I purchased an item on 11/28/23 and never received it. I have sent 4 emails and 2 inquiries via their contact us site, and they have not responded to any.
I've ordered from ATA a handful of times. The shipping is a little slow, but that was ok with me in support of the small business and their mission. However this most recent order will be my last. I placed the order on 11/7 and was told it would arrive in 8-10 business days. That deadline came and went with no order. I reached out to customer service multiple times; Natalie was completely unhelpful and refused to honor my request of partial refund for the inconvenience. On 1/5, I received an email that my order was finally shipped. Awful experience. I will not order from them again.
Worked here for over a year. They will pay you minimum wage and force you to do all the work without fare compensation,expecting 100% accuracy. The "manager" hugo is high all the time and makes countless mistakes and blames the heat pressers for his own incompetence. They bounce your checks for 2+weeks when it's convenient for THEM to stay afloat then lie to your face about the reason you didn't get paid on time. DONT WORK HERE!
I ordered a jaguar shirt from them a while ago that they no longer sell, and the proportions were not the best and it shrunk in the dryer. It didn't fit my arms and was very square. Also really thin fabric. They also charge you out the $#*! for every piece of clothing and then mark things on sale every day to make people think they're getting a good deal. Youre not.
Some of their designs are kind of ghetto looking and so not worth the money. Find a better company to support that aids animals.

Make sure the size of the shirt will fit you by following the measurement guide and then go up 1 size bc they shrink.

This company is absolutely terrible with customer support, I ordered two tees that were apparently "half off" and then got 12 dollar shipping lmao. I sent the order early August and it was supposed to ship but 3 weeks after than it never shipped to that address even though it said it did, I contacted support and I didn't even get a response not even automated message. Just an outright scam I bet the shorts are dog$#*! anyways

I ordered a shirt on March 9th and it didn't get to me till the first or second week of April. They did warn me that they ship 8-10 business days after purchase. Still a bit longer, but no biggie. Then I didn't get the correct shirt. It had a similar decal, but it wasn't the one I really wanted. I emailed the customer service and they got me taken care of, even told me to go ahead and keep the shirt. Super nice of them, but when I got the replacement shirt, it was the same as the one I had before. So, I have two of the wrong shirt and to be honest, I'm not even wanting to fool with it anymore. I'm just going to cut my loss and quit shopping with this site. I love the premise, but this is the second time I've bought a shirt, the second time it took over a month to get to me, and the second time I've got the wrong product. I have to give the customer service kudos on timeliness and professionalism, but it's a bit frustrating to get the wrong product every time.

Ordered a small order on 11/25, it is now 12/20 almost a MONTH LATER, and my packaged still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service and got an automated reply with absolutely no helpful information.
This is so ridiculous and unprofessional. It's extra disappointing because with a good customer service team, and better shipping methods, this business would thrive. But they're ruining their own business instead.

Ordered 2 shirts totaling well over $50, May 21st, 2023. Searched their website to contact them in regards to my order. There was no way to contact them.I saw they were on Instagram so I did leave a message on there. As of today, 6/12/23, I still have not heard back from them. Don't buy from this company!

Nightmare started in the beginning of October. I contacted them three weeks after my order had been placed. Several days later I am contacted by email asking me what I wanted to do with this problem. I asked for a refund. They never refunded my money back! Yesterday, six weeks later I was informed through Shop app. That my items are shipping. I will be returning them right back. When you order from them a shipping label is to be given to you. I never even and still haven't received it yet. Please don't use this company. They are crap. To say the least.

Placed two orders. First order one mask is clearly smaller than the others. It's child size. Asked for a replacement two months ago. No response.
Second order only half was I the package but they sent email stating all items had been delivered in that one package. They were notified multiple times the order is complete. And, of the two masks received one is child size (again) but was ordered for a policeman. Requested a replacement. NO response.
Shipping takes forever but I'm really happy with the product. I've never tried to contact customer service so I have no comments about that. Just had patience and eventually my shirts, hoodies and stickers arrived perfectly. I would order from them again.

I am allllll about supporting companies especially who are in it for a good cause- but they took my money over a month ago and I have had to send them 5 emails and messages on social media to find out about my order and have been completely ignored. I couldn't figure out what the culprit was when my pillow cases turned blue, but when my husband's underwear came out with a pink tint I figured i needed to investigate. Yeah. Revenge of the Animals. It's too bad because I really liked both my oversized t-shirts, and now I need to contact several people that I gave these to for Christmas and let them know to wash these separately.
