Arduino somehow enabled the "2 key authentication" and since I did not get the email with the key My account has been locked out.
Advice once you loose the key you loose your email address to the account.
Support person does not understand I have not been able to access due to loss of access but keeps asking what was my activity in the website.
So my advice don't lose the key otherwise kiss your acccount goodbye.
