I ordered 3 Arctic Air air conditioners from Arctic Air Pure Chill and received them on July 16. They are not even close to how this is described and presented on their website.
First of all, they are a lot smaller than the size given on their website and are very noisy, even at the lowest level, contrary to what they are saying on their website.
Secondly, the price is exaggerated, $67.00 US, plus, I saw the same thing on other links/stores, being sold for less then half the price I was charged, $32.00, despite the fact that I purchased 3 of them.
They look and are no more than some cheap Chinese toys...
Thirdly, I wrote and sent them 3 e-mails telling them that I am not happy with them and that I want to return them and to send me the return instructions for a full refund.
So far, they haven't replied at all. I also called them and I waited for more than half an hour and nobody picked up the line.

This is a very ill business practice and I advise people to not buy from them.
