I contacted them, because it had been suggested that they could help me recover funds that I could not withdraw from a crypto exchange.
15% fee, half up front. Proof of purchase has been uploaded here. After 4-5 days, they contacted me saying that they already had my funds, BUT, that now, I need to send them additional funds because they are going to sue and bring down the exchange. Of course, I said no. So I have lost around $1380.
I was able to withdraw funds on my own from exchange, at a loss, but that is another story...
