I have been using Anytime Mailbox for almost 5 years now. I own a small side hustle business and ship my orders out from my online store. I didn't want to use my home address so this is perfect! I only get a small amount of mail sent to my box, but when I do, I get notified right away. Scheduling a pick up takes just a few seconds and I love how the app remembers all the pieces of mail that comes in so if I lost anything I can find it in my archived history. I highly recommend this product!

I had a fraud case of a forged check because of one of their mailroom operators, then they cancelled that mailbox without providing good service to help me replace it with a new mailbox and no refund. Then I set up a new mailbox and they never even started the mailbox after 42 days of waiting, it was still pending their verification of my information, and then said it was past 30 days so they could not provide a refund for the second account. The call agent was not helpful but the online chat person was trying to help. Bad experience.

Absolutely awful customer service. If it wasn't such a pain to switch addresses now, I would absolutely drop them. I had an issue with a form I asked for recommendations on how to correct, they sent me some generic response and then when I said that didn't resolve what I was asking, they became very snarky and continued to tell me to reference the thread - so they either didn't comprehend the problem or didn't care enough to try and actually help.

I paid $14.99 and $20. After payment I asked support to update details, during chat I asked support if I can anytimemailbox address to register business and support said you can't use their mailbox to register business in US so I asked for refund immediately and they said they will refund initial payment only and denied that they didn't get second payment. I showed them transaction proof but they are not answering and I didn't get any refund yet.

They have charged my account for wrong sums many times. Last time they stole $400 from my account and today they try to steal $117.

Each time I call their number to ask for the reason and they apologize. The lunatic in that billings department needs to be fired.

Great idea, but needs controls. You need to verify who is actually providing your service locally. The local office here is in an apartment building. The address also belongs to another competitor mailbox service. It will now be 5 days and their corporate have not replied to my email for questions about their company standards. There don't appear to be any restrictions, identification, or records for, who accesses your mail. They don't even have the minimum of rather simple 24/7 audio/video surveillance and history for customers to access. They need modern systems to minimize others access to your mail, like cameras, scanners, sorting, storage, re-packaging, opening, robots. I wish someone like Amazon would take over this industry.

The company needs some greater incentive or consequence to protect customers mail & information.

I sent Anytime Mailbox an email with a simple billing question. The lovely owner of the facility responded immediately (Anytime Mailbox works through third-party mailbox businesses). The third-party then forwarded the email to Anytime Mailbox to respond to -- they responded once and they then proceeded to completely disregard all 8 follow-up emails I sent them over a period of the next two weeks.

It says it takes 2-3 business days to get your application approved. It's been almost 2 weeks. Of course no one answers the phone *due to covid things have been busy* $#*!ing BS. Also no one returns emails. Wish I could give zero stars

They charged me double for scanned pages. I wrote to them they apologized and gave me credit back. BUT NOW THEY CHARGED ME 12.85 for some expensive forwarding when I clearly chose the option "least expensive." And just now I got 3.99 charge and there were NO MAIL FOR THE LAST few days so what was I charged for? This is robbery in broad day light. Register your business address elsewhere if you don't want to be charged for thin air. I will be looking for another mail provider.

This is our third month using them and I kept noticing 5.00 and other small fees in addition to the 49.00 plan payment coming out of my account. When I looked at the invoices they were charging me for the only 3 pages I had scanned. 60 pages a month are included in my plan. They were also charging me for forwarding mail bundles at 5.00 each. 3 a month supposed to be included in my plan. I have emailed them as can't find a number to call. I've inquired about how many pieces of mail equals a bundle since I've been charged 3 times and have only requested forward 4 times ( had several pieces forwarded at once). Awaiting their reply but looking for service elsewhere in meantime. All these extra fees for things supposed to be included shouldn't be an ongoing occurrence. I gave them two stars bc we do receive our mail ok. This is clearly not a one off error and I don't appreciate my money being stolen.

I signed up for Anytime Mailbox, but I did not complete the steps needed to actually USE the service (getting things notarized, etc.) I got no reminder email saying "You need to finish the steps," or "Your receipt for this month." Nothing. Every other online service I use (Canva, Flodesk, etc.) sends me an email every month saying I have been charged. I thought because I had not completed the signup process that I would not be charged for the service, and I never received a billing email from them. Actually, they just don't remind you. They do not have the decency to say "Hi there, you didn't finish you registration process, but we're still charging you. Do you want this service?"
Years ago, I signed up for a service I never used (on accident), and after months of non-use, I realized the error and they refunded me the money. AnytimeMailbox literally does not care. I would not recommend them.
I will say the customer service employee was nice-- I know she was doing her job, and we had a polite conversation. I feel bad she has to work for this company.

Well let's start up with apply text and not getting one. Does not follow up with your choices. Billing is way off makes no sense. They say one price and charge another. I'm pay close to 9 dollars for one piece of mail forwarding. I called for help and all they could say is use the app! Well it's forwarding my mail without my name? Who box do they think they are forwarding? The list goes on! I will be leaving after this year. I dread changing everything over but, I have no choice in the matter. 9 bucks for regular letter forward? That was not the agreement! I have a friend who uses this she has started having problems too! Billing is way out of hand!

Charge what they posted. Not what they want make app user friendly!

This company is totally INCOMPETENT! They give you a tracking number but can't track a parcel. They recieved my mail, I viewed it, asked for FASTEST delivery, then never saw the mail again. Avoid this company. Customer service is a merry-go-round circus. Closed my account.

This is another foreign owned company harvesting lots of moolah from dumb Americans who aren't used to being victims of lying, cheating, defrauding and theft. Avoid, Anytime Mailbox. It's all lies, and most of what they are taking your money to allegedly do, is totally unlawful. They are thieves. It's all Lies.

When confronted, they lied, cheated, hid out, concealed and obstructed.

The entire process was going smooth until the notary didn't sign in a certain spot of the form. I did so and sent it back. By this time after 3 days you would have thought I could start using my box WRONG! It has been 2 months since I signed up. I have called, chatted and emailed with SEVERAL associates and you will hear the same words EACH AND EVERY TIME... they are still processing it, we are working on it. I was so excited to start my business and they are the hold up.! Take your business somewhere else, you will get no where with this company except a bill! I requested to close my account and a complete refund my initial payment and this month payment. I definitely should have read some reviews prior to signing up

Anytime Mail's Orlando office is full of people that must not care about their jobs. They can take weeks to post anything to your account so you don't even know you have mail. Even though tracking numbers say they have been delivered, they state they have never been received, yet "magically" appear when you complain enough. And now they have delivered a package to a place that was never on my forwarding address. Some mail they state they sent never gets delivered, and when you ask for the insurance to be applied, you don't get the money for it even when you pay for it! Customer service is no help as they are trying to deal with incompetent people at that office. You CANNOT win. As much as we have complained and as much as we pay, you would think they would be more careful. But they are not. Am so tired of this bull every week.

*i the CTO & Co-Founder Anytime Mailbox is not an honest or trustworthy person, I would therefore not trust his business services as the apple does not fall far from the tree. While on a call with him about his services, he burst out into a racist tirade flipped out and hung up on my face. Is this the business you should trust for your mail services, I think not stay away this business is not professional, not trust worthy and not credible. They are scam artists. There are so many better mail forwarding services out there please stay far, far away!

I paid for 8 months without using any service, last May I asked them to print 3 PDFs and send them, just that (first contact), and they always had a problem that did not allow them to send, while they charged me for 'storage' for an empty envelope of which they uploaded a photo in my account (dashboard), and their answers were really PATETIC.

In one minute with Photoshop I corrected a problem that did not allow them to print and send for A MONTH AND A HALF, and then they started a series of EXTREMELY VIOLENT, SUPERB, IRONIC emails, calling me ''sick'', ''idol'', etc and REMOVED ME as a customer.

I have the images of those emails and will publish them where possible and on my YouTube channel explaining all this.

I will also report this to the corresponding State, it is a great abuse against a simple client.

Obviously Anytime Mailbox never sent me those printed pages, and they didn't refund me anything either.
They are SCAMMERS.

NEVER EVER hire this company, you will lose your money, your time and your patience, you will be very angry every time you see their emails arrive at your mailbox and they treat you so badly.

There are many other companies that offer these services and they are serious.

I opened an account with Anytime Mailbox on August 12 (Friday) and submitted notarized form the same day, I received an email on August 16 (Tuesday) that the location I selected will no longer be in service in 2 days on August 18 (Thursday). In the meantime, they approved my form and notified me that my mailbox is ready on August 17. A few hours later, they confirmed that the location is closing and I need to select a different location. I already opened and LLC and gave this as my mailing address... Totally unacceptable. Customer service was never responding to my emails and the lady the phone didn't know anything and finally she reached out with incorrect information (told me the mailbox is ready, while in fact it was closing tomorrow). I used Anytime Mailbox in the past with good results for a short time. Due to terrible lack or organization and no customer service when you need it, I highly do not recommend. It's been a week and still they did not solve this for me but of course kept the money.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO CONTROL OVER THEIR MAILBOX OPERATORS!

Anytime Mailbox uses subcontractors who operate the mailboxes around the country. You then are able to select a city/county and address for your mailbox. This works fine, until the mailbox operator does some shady business, at which point Anytime will give you the run-around about how they are trying to contact the operator, or are negotiating with the operator, and then they just wait for you to give up.

Specifics if you're interested: I requested that a standard mail item (not a package, just a letter) be forwarded to me in Portugal. Something I have done with them before, which cost about $8 through regular mail (already more expensive than it needs to be, but I understand that I'm also paying S&H fees here). Inexplicably, the mailbox operator decided that the cheapest option this time was to use the most expensive FedEx option available and to charge me $154. I contacted customer service, they told me that according to the mailbox operator, overnight FedEx is the cheapest option based on where I live -- a complete and total lie and easily disproved based on the fact that they had forwarded my mail previously.

When I pointed this out to customer service, they claimed to be trying to contact the mailbox operator. I contacted them again a few weeks later, they claimed to be trying to contact the mailbox operator. I contacted them again, they asked me what I would consider a fair resolution that they could take to the mailbox operator to "negotiate" a resolution. They said they would get back to me. They did not.

This incident happened towards the end of February. They have simply stopped contacting me about it at all (I assume that they hope I will just go away).

The fact that I am trusting this shady mailbox operator to open my mail, and the fact that there is absolutely zero quality control or accountability to the main company is extremely concerning to me and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I write this in hopes that I save someone else from not only the hassle of this type of incident, but the further pain in the butt of having to change addresses again...

Edited to add:
The company responded today by sending me an email transcript of a chat I supposedly had with them. I did not chat with them today. The "transcript" is in fact copy/paste complete sentences from my emails and from my post here with a customer service agent pretending to respond to me.
I'm not sure how much more fraudulent a company can be than that.

The main company has absolutely no control and barely any contact with their independent contractors who operate the mailboxes around the country.
