I was a bit skeptical at first but I looked at some reviews and took the chance to buy one. It came only a few days later (8/10/22). Many more months later and I have no issues and came with everything that was shown. Overall a very satisfied customer!

I ordered an Xbox Series X bundled with an elite wireless controller. I only received the Xbox in a torn up box. I contacted support and was told I'd get the controller mailed the same week - it's been two.

Order Xbox One X a week ago product info said 3-5 business days, its last day mail can run 10 year old wouldn't have Xmas! No transaction number, no tracking number! I'm stuck sitting up in bed wondering why they if my son will have what he wants for Christmas! Worst experience I've had with ordering, I'm a gamer dad that lives close and figured I'd give Antonline a shot saw a great deal! Son will wake up with nothing! Thanks worst Xmas ever! After ordering the Xbox Starfield controller from a major big box retailers site and having my order randomly canceled, I didn't have hopes of still finding the controller anywhere. Luckily, ANTOnline had it in stock, and ready to go. The shipping was quick, the controller is amazing, and I could not be happier with my purchase!

I discovered ANTonline when I stumbled on a list of places you could buy new, limited stocks of Xbox Series S|X & PS5s back in early 2022. Once again, they came through with available stock of PS5s that are not marked up for highway-robbery prices. They are fair, process orders quickly and ship fast at a very competitive price. I would have no qualms giving them more business. They earned my loyalty.

Quick shipping of the item but minor cosmetic damage to the box. Product looks and works perfectly.

Slow shipping experience but overall it was delivered exactly when the shipping label said it would be. No complaints other that I would have liked to be given the option to expedite the shipping by even paying more at the check out time if this was going to be a factor.

My first purchase was a disaster: I ended up with somebody's fraudulent return which they had placed a lesser-model CPU inside and made the package to look "unopened". I had to ask ANTOnline for an RMA in that case, which they did ultimately offer. Buying this 2nd processor was painless and I was thrilled to find the flagship model in stock at ANTOnline, when it was out of stock at competitors.

The service department didn't always respond to my product inquiries, but ultimately came through when I received a wrong item in a separate purchase.

All good nothing bad. It was easy. Didn't like paying for shipping though. That was unexpected.

I ordered a 3060 graphics card + monitor bundle (for my buddy who I was helping build a PC) rapidly once I got the discord notification that they were in stock. Shortly after the order confirmed he saw that there was actually a 3070 bundle we hadn't seen (the GPU he actually wanted). So minutes after I placed my order I called the customer service line to cancel it.

The gentlemen I was on the phone with was very nice and helpful and told me he submitted my cancellation request. Problem solved, or so I thought. The next day I got the shipping notice. I have to give them 5 stars on shipping speed I guess, but I was mildly irked that my cancellation hadn't gone through. In this day or electronic orders I don't understand how you can't immediately cancel an order that was placed moments ago.

Okay I thought, well I'll just return in when it arrives without ever opening it. Having mostly dealt with Amazon and other such return processes in the past I didn't think there would be any issues and I would easily get all my money back.

So I submitted the RMA request, got the return approved email with the shipping label code and headed off to haul the giant monitor and GPU boxes off to the UPS store. I let the super UPS store guy scan the code and he sits there, puzzled, asking me if there's another code since I have two boxes and the code only provides one shipping label. Nope that code is all they have me. So I pay $11 for a giant box to ship both items back in. Now I'm even more irked, but fine whatever $11 lost isn't a huge deal, but they could have at least given me two shipping labels since they sent me two boxes.

A few days go by and I get the email that the refund was processed to my PayPal in the amount of $749 out of the $844 it cost. After respectfully calling their service line again, they said returns questions had to be sent to their email. Okay so I email them and apparently:

"Products returned new and, unopened in perfect condition with all packaging and item materials and manuals that can be resold as new are subject to a 15% fee or a flat $50 fee for products with a sales price of of $350 or greater which covers the cost of packaging, shipping and handling. Additionally, If packages are requested to be intercepted or are refused or if a pre-paid label is requested and provided for the return, then the additional shipping cost incurred by antonline are also deducted from the return."

I think charging roughly $100 for my return of a brand new item which I never removed from the box is exorbitant especially since I had every right to believe my order had been cancelled.

So I think if you really know you won't need to return or cancel your order, this company is probably fine to order from. I can tell you however that I will never purchase from them again.

Never heard of Antonline but they had what i was looking I received my order very quick. I'd say order with confidence you'll get it and with haste.

It was quick and easy with the cheapest price for the CPU compared to anywhere else.

It was quick and responsive but the issue was resolved on my end.

First time ordering anything from ANTOnline (Gigabyte 4080), and it came quickly and in perfect shape.

Got the unit in two days, the box arrived in perfect condition. Keyboard, mouse, power cord are all included. I will definitely buy more stuff from them again!
