Although it took 2 months to receive my order, I'm completely satisfied. The complete same as the picture!

The first time I purchased from Annie cloth, the tops came as described. I have tried 3 more times and they are nothing like the picture. You take a risk if you buy from this company. Until they change their policy and get integrity and until they actually have what they are saying their selling and until they change their return policy, I'm done with annie cloth. They have taken a lot of money from me.

I placed an order for $124 worth of clothes on June 6th. I thought the clothes were beautiful, but I have no idea because I have received nothing. My order has been stuck in San Francisco since June 15th for some reason. I've followed everything their website said to do for tracking and also have emailed 4 times since there is no phone number. I received one standard automated response that gave me no help at all. I've never ever had this problem with any company before. But that's what I get for buying from a pop up window and not checking their reviews. Going to try to get my money back via PayPal. As of now, 06/28/20, they have my money and I have nothing except frustration!

Horrible company, awful products. Took two months and almost zero communication. Having a hell of a time returning a shirt. Trying to work with PayPal to stop this company.

Do NOT allow yourself to be sucked into the FANTASY of these cute clothes on headless models This site is about taking your money, sending you doll sized clothes made out of tissue paper and then telling you if you don't like it, you can send them back to China where they were made but it will cost you more than you paid. SCAMMIE CLOTH! Con artists. Liars. The positive reviews are FICTION. Just like the clothes. READ CAREFULLY those positive reviews... I PROMISE you they weren't written by ANYONE in the USA. STAY AWAY. RUN. Keep your money and find a reputable site. THIS ONE ISN'T IT. Don't say I didn't warn you!

After I wrote a review, I received something from Annie Cloth saying they would resolve the issue and it still has not been resolved. My purchase was March 3rd and it is now July 5th. I keep getting the same answer that they haven't heard back from the carrier. I did not pick the carrier Annie Cloth did and to say because they haven't heard back from them is again not acceptable. So this company does not stand behind their products or the carrier service they choose. Do not order anything from them because you will not receive your items and they will not refund your money if you don't. If the carrier does not respond back to them, they will not resend or refund your money, even though the tracking shows "0" items in transit. Below is my most resent response from them after 4 months of communication and the tracking information showing the items are lost. I will continue to post reviews until the issue is resolved.
