When I first met with Annette she asked many questions in order to understand what I wanted. I wasn't really sure what I was looking for yet Annette did. She was able to guide me and help me understand. Now as my holiday home project reaches its end I can say that the result has me in tears. She succeeded in capturing the very delicate essence of the character that I was looking for. BRAVO
