AJGA keeps me informed of the latest techniques, modern improv ideas, and even some theoritical aspects, all delivered in Andy's very friendly "this is exactly-how-you-do-it" approach. Being a guitar teacher myself, I don't have a lot of spare time to surf YouTube and/or the internet looking for new ideas or challenging things to play in order to constantly improve and refine my overall technique. Andy's lessons always deliver, have absolutely zero "filler", and are packaged in various bundles of the exact subject(s) a player wants to explore. I truly and honestly say, as an oft-time repeat customer, that I've never once been disappointed with anything I've ever purchased from the AJGA! Thank you very much Andy!

This company is a complete scammer of your money. All they want is your money. Customer service is non existent. The only way to unsubscribe or stop them taking your money is to call PayPal and block them. Took me 6 months and during that time they kept taking money. Even after 23 emails to them I got no reply. Take my advise and steer well clear.

Hey! I was waiting two years to get my purchase from Andy James Guitar Academy shop. IT was ordered in 2018/07 and I still didn't even receive any feedback about what happenes. Support e-mail didn't respond. Total scam. I don't recommend

While SOME of the content was cool they have 0 and I mean ZERO customer service. Like how can you run a website and have no one behind the wheel. I gave 2 star 1 because andy a wicked play and star cause content was OK, but other than that I wouldn't recommend, oh and the member ship if way over priced and good luck if want to get a hold of someone, sorry andy your site is junk

I joined and didnt see much different than other sites.so i tried to quit and found it impossible to quit. I thought i was quitting the site but was charged the next month, so i complained and was accused of downloading all there info and then trying to leave the site. That was not true. I didnt know you could download anything and didnt. All i can say is they really dont know how to treat anyone and dont mind ripping people off... they claimed again i was off the site and charged me again for the next month... thats when i cancelled my paypal account just to get rid of this... it was a pain to work with them. They were rude. And it cost $ to learn this lesson..

I tried for 2 weeks to contact support by email and live chat and I cannot get a response. In the 2 weeks I tried live support, only 2 of those days was anyone on and I waited 30 minutes and they said they couldn't help me and ended the chat.

Writing an update to my subscription i chose to cancel two weeks before the next billing. They have finally decided to cancel my subscription after the billing date. I would have been billed again if it wasn't for finding a way to remove my information. They gave me a coupon code if i decide to sign up again. If you're contemplating joining, the site has a decent amount of content that's updated once a month with a new video series. Music sheets are downloadable for the lessons. Still would not recommend this site. It's unprofessionally ran and supported, stay away.
