I ordered a set of 24 glossy black lug nuts. The delivery was on time, the lug nuts were all new and as described except for one. A single lug nut out of the 24 seemed to have already been used. It was scuffed all around. Wasn't happy but it was just one so I let it slide. But that's the reason why I only gave three stars. Please be more careful next time American Trucks!

I had a pleasant conversation with Laura. She informed me that my order was canceled and the information presented to her had no explanation. She told me it may have been because of security concerns, like an incorrect address or email. I requested to speak to a person whom I could reorder my part. I was sent back to the computer prompts but could not get anyone. I hung up and placed my order again.

I like how they included a before/after video and installation video on the product page of their site. You don't see that too often and it helps when you know what's involved and a general expectation of the sound before ordering. I didn't install this yet - I'm having my mechanic do it but the packaging was secure and the parts were all there undamaged. Can't wait to hear how it sounds in person!

My old xlt had the chrome handles my new xlt did not so I ordered theses because I really think the small details make a difference. They look great but as some people mentioned they feel "cheap" or you can definitely feel the lip between the handle and the cover. For me I do notice it but it's nothing that concerns me the door handles function just fine and it's a super inexpensive/easy way to make you truck great again.

They sent the wrong cold air intake. I had to wait 4 to 5 days to receive it only for it to be the wrong on. I was told send it back and 24 hours after I've shipped it back they'd send the correct one out. So a total of 10 days I'd be with out something I paid for. They didn't have to wait 10 days for their payment. Not going to say I'll never order from them again but I'm going to check different websites first they'll definitely be the last choice.

I have been shopping for a leveling kit, tires, and wheels for a while now. Decided to call American Trucks, and it was the best thing I did. Ken J was extremely helpful and actually showed me another wheel I didn't see, more expensive, but it was the right choice. All the reviews I read and a lot of YouTube videos were spot on about this company. Well done American Trucks! I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Bought this exhaust system for my husband for Father's Day. He put it on 4 days ago and the chrome finish is already discolored due to heat. The sound is good but the appearance isn't what we wanted, should've went with black.

Very easy to order on this site. Had a defective light and the next day they quickly resolved the problem by sending me a new set. And they'll have FedEx pick up the return for free. Customer service was awesome in dealing with my issue. Highly recommend this company!

I happen to find this company by chance and had been looking for a few accessories for my 2017 Ram. I was anticipating buying next year, but found a great deal and purchased now instead. Ordering was easy and I was extremely pleased at the quick shipping/delivery. The parts were open box but look brand new. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for parts and accessories.

Order shipped quickly and arrived intact as expected. The brush guard is very solidly constructed and the powdercoat was great! Assembly was straightforward even with rather minimalist instructions included. American Truck has a fantastic YouTube video to augment the printed instructions on assembly and installation. Installation was also really comparatively simple and with the above noted video went very well.

Have ordered a few products and all products fit perfect on my truck. Would recommend to anyone I know.

I really don't understand all the bad reviews American Trucks (AT) is getting. I think most people like to write bad reviews only when they want to complain. I've ordered many times from American Trucks (AT) and my order always arrived timely and well packaged. I only had one issue with a open box item that was described as excellent condition, but was quite the opposite. I called them and they gave me back store credit with no hassle.
If you have a F150, AT has thousands of upgrades and fair prices for your truck. They also have many Youtube videos that go over the products and show you how to install them. I think this really puts them apart from most Auto parts online stores. Don't let all the whiners with bad reviews scare you from ordering from them. Great online store in my opinion.

My 2007 Dodge 2500 with the Cummins Diesel had some rust issues over the rear wheels. After several body shops discouraged me from repairing them, my trusted mechanic suggested fender flairs. I know it's like putting a bandaid on it, but I took his advice. I ordered them from American Trucks. They were at my home in 3 days. My mechanic installed them yesterday and WOW do they look great! And the fit it simply perfect. I got the screw on flares. It really sets my truck off nicely.

These were the easiest, fastest, and best fitting splash guards I've ever installed! They fit perfectly around the oem guards that came on my 2024 Silverado HD. Didn't have to worry about alignment or being level to the ground. Get you some!

I was looking everywhere for promo codes with no luck. I contacted CS and Chance went searching also and found me a discount code for UCAs for my ranger. Easy ordering and hopefully fast shipping! Better deal than even the manufacturer could do!

Every time I order something, fedex always loses the package every time. Literally my last three orders I've had shipped through FedEx, had to be replaced because they were "lost" and customer support didn't help one bit. I'm still waiting on one shock to arrive that was suppose to be here a week ago. Websites great, them choosing fedex is poor.
