Payed them but the pulley's never came, no contact with me at all. Called, emailed them no reply and nothing.

I bought a 365.00 alternator from them. It failed within a week. I had to ship it back. They said they fixed it and shipped it back to me. It failed again within ten days. I contacted them again. All via email. No one will ever answer any of the phone numbers they have listed. They said "I apologize, we will send you a new unit and a return label right away." this is the last contact I have had with them. Despite numerous emails and phone calls. I seem to be stuck with a 365.00 paper weight, and my truck has been down for 2 months now. I bought the alternator on 8-17-17. Its now 10-19-17.
