All they took was deposits; they did not take withdrawals. No one from their customer service department contacted me via phone or email over the several months that my deposits were stored. I got the impression that a lot of other people were also duped by this firm because of their obvious lack of validity. My account was made accessible to me after I reached out to P S T P 2 R E C L A I M g for assistance.

My curiosity and of course thoughts of actually making a profit got the best of me, glad I only deposited a small amount, (250.00 US). Some one calls me at least twice daily, when I actually answer it's always the same. They never assist in withdrawal and always talk about how they can make you so much profit, have had a pending withdrawal for over a week and it just sits in pending status, please don't throw your hard earned money away with Altercoin- stay away!

If you're looking for total negativity, you can always find it in everyone. There are no perfect companies. But I like everything about this company, of course they have their minimal problems. But it all becomes so insignificant when you see that they try to create a comfortable working environment.

They were agressive and pushy when we were not answering as fast to give them the documents they wanted or to follow their instructions. They called us many times a day with a different phone number each times to have what they wanted (it was a proof of our electricity acount in our case - that we finally didn t provided). In two weeks, we had three differents manager. They often didnt respect the moments of appointments. It was too weird, we stopped all.

Unprofessional group. From the start they were unprofessional. The accountant to open the account was the only one helpful. The advisor that was to contact me after I deposited my initial funds did not. Now I want to close my account they refuse to send me my money. I told my advisor I wanted to close my account. He said he would send me an email to get the process started and its been 4 days and I haven't heard from him. Stay away from them.

From George DeBarron, Thomas Beringer, Elzabeth Tylor, Charles Wilson, - everyone promising that you can get your investment anytime and that you are free to stop. No one will give you money back, they just asking for more. Watch out, do not invest, safe yourself from scammers.
Very disappointed experience.

Nine months ago, my partner and I began our investment journey with Altercoin. When my husband attempted to withdraw, he was denied and asked to pay an additional fee by their support. Suspicious, we consulted our lawyer, who advised filing a complaint with NATHANRECLAIML LC. COM. They successfully processed our money from Altercoin, and we feel fortunate.

Don't go there say good buy to your money! Will never see it again Don't give them a dime total rip off.

Quite a decent broker. I trade in small volumes, maybe that's why everything is smooth, but I can say for sure that my terminal works perfectly and they withdraw several hundred bucks without any unnecessary questions and delays.

Alter-coin ARE SCAMMERS don't do it. They have control of your account they can take it away shut it down make it disappear AND KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY. We need to get them shut down somehow someway. They told me if I inverse in another 3000 they will return my money BULL$#*!! This has been going on now for over 4 months

Lack of efficiency. As everything in my portfolio appears to be going up at an exciting rate. After some months of trading they deny me assess to my account in which I wrote a latter to WOR'CONS'ULTD for their support on this platform!

I have decided to withhold judgment of this company for the time being. Stay tuned for further follow-ups.

I opened an account with altercoin about four weeks ago. A lot of information and passwords involved. This made me wary from the start but after some reassurance from the managing investment person that I could retrieve my investment in whole at any time, I went ahead and invested 250 usd and in a week he had made 30 dollars. Still a bit wary I asked if I could take the thirty dollars as a gesture of good faith. He helped me set up a wallet and the withdrawal was made. Then he said he had a document that said fuel pricing would be going up and if I wanted to take advantage I would need to invest 2000 dollars more. Now alarms were going off in my head. I wanted to withdrawal the original amount. Suddenly no phone calls and despite attempts to withdrawal on the altercoin trading site no action has been taken. I can only assume the $#*!ers stole my money.

They manipulate you into investing, you will never be able to withdraw and they will come up with flimsy excuses. Got tired and frustrated, I started looking for a way to get my money out, found help from DELAHOPE Ltd, they did an amazing job and got it all out

I opened the account, with coaching from one of Altercoin's Senior Financial Advisors, on September 5,2023

I was told that only 10% of the equity in the account would be exposed to the market in the event of negative trades resulting in a loss.
Exposure - 10% of equity
Stop loss - 10% out of the 10% exposure to market

From Sept 6 – Oct 23,2023 it appeared that everything was working as I was told.

Then on October 27,2023 it appears that 100% of the equity was exposed to the market including a trade in USOIL that I don't recall discussing with the Advisor.

It appears to me that somehow I was setup to lose 100% of the equity in the account and I'm wondering how this could have happened with the 10% rule in place, which would not have exposed 100% of the equity to the market trades.

The the Advisor handling the account was changed and the advice of the new advisor was to put more money in to solve the problem.

The Customer Support doesn't respond to email and no one answers when I call the Tel # on their website.

If you want to lose money this is a prefect way to be scammed. Stay away!

If you invest with them, they will not let you withdraw your funds or cancel your account. You will never get your money back. Invest with them at your own peril.

I got scammed $25k, they are very nice, send you money back to gain your trust, tell you to sen/invest more money,tell you to make a decision quickly and they will milk you for all you have and you won't see your money again.

I learned about this company from an acquaintance who is always checking out new trading sites. He praised it so much that I left my broker and went to them. I really like the platform.

I enjoyed working with the platform. Although for me I found a few minuses that I would like to correct. I hope the company will continue to develop and remove even the smallest mistakes.

I have a mixed experience with this broker. Sometimes everything works perfectly, while other times there are minor glitches in operation. Technical support usually responds quickly and promptly resolves the issue, for which I'm very grateful to them.

ALERT ALERT, Terrible experience with this platform. When you reach a certain number of operations they ask you for the origin of the funds and ask about operations outside the platform. The support service is something symbolic they do not solve anything, all they do is just keep sending you the same messages over and over without providing you with solutions

They have a great variety of trading tools and educational resources. While there are areas for improvement, such as expanding the asset mix, the positives far outweigh the negatives in my opinion.

I'm new to this platform, so I'm just looking around and testing. But I want to say that so far I have only positive attitude. I have been trading for a year now and I know very well what a broker should be like. Here I am very close to the ideal. I would make the withdrawal speed even faster, but so far I like everything.

Although the broker has not been on the market that long, it is obvious that he knows his business. Everything is perfect on all fronts. Withdrawals are always fast, execution is instant, and support is friendly. Everything is just as it should be in an ideal place of business. I recommend to everyone.
