With this broker, withdrawal is always smooth and signals are good. The negative point it has, at least with me, was the lack of support on weekends, which can frustrate the customer who trades on those days since he needs help immediately. Been using their services for a few months now and so far no major problems.

All the positive reviews are fake don't go near these guys professional scam. Can't believe I fell for it & lost so much money. I asked to withdraw & of course they tell you you need to pay more money in order for the exchange to release your funds. It's a simulated trading website they type in all the fake numbers! I have not heard back from them at all just poof vanished after daily calls! All have Russian accents but claim to be from UK. My initial deposit was to somewhere in Nairobi it said on my statement. Save yourself the heartache I'm going through now only wish any review on them was up earlier when I was searching!

The main feature which gained my attention was the ability to trade indices and commodities with leverage up to 1:500. No doubt that I'm not so crazy to trade with 1:500 leverage but it's cool anyway to have the opportunity to try how it works. Moreover, I would note low flowing spreads, imo, it's significant for the vast majority of traders.

Plus, if there are any problems or issues during trading (rare), their customer service team has always helped me get back up again quickly without hassle.

In general, AllCapitalTrade is not bad, but I did not like the lack of support at weekends. As for the rest, I would highly recommend this broker to thoes who would like to learn how to trade online. They have materials in guiding towards creating your own trading strategy. Tools and services are both efficient, too.

Good service but get ready to wait on weekends. The line was crazy. Although their manager always tries her best to help everyone, the owner should consider hiring more people. Other than that everything is fine.

All capital Trade appears to be a light trading platform on screen, has all the Certificate to prove withing to Google Chrome search engine and they'll call you each day to talk about your trading account and trick you into investing more money.

I had problems accessing my trading account from mac os, but the support team solved it right away fast. I'd have given them five stars but there is always room for improvement!

"Do not ever invest in this company. They are absolute cheats. Advisor informed of money that can be deposited and withdrawal after crypto transaction. When transaction was completed and I requested to withdraw funds, I am being treated and spoken to with disrespect. I have been asked to deposit more funds to withdraw my investment. I am absolutely astounded by this utter nonsense.

A thing that I really think makes All capital trade a good option for everybody is that it has many withdrawal options, and an app. It is quite good. I think you should give it a try if you are looking for a nice platform and trustworthy. FYI, if you are looking for some alternative and exotic assets, this is not the place to find them - at least for now.

SCAM.! Fake trading platform, fake account! They will keep asking you in invest more and more money, as soon as you refuse to invest more, you stop hearing from them. They are unable to be contacted, you can't withdraw your money, you have lost it all. Please please DO NOT get caught in this SCAM.

DO NOT PUT ANY OF YOUR FUNDS IN THEIR ACCOUNT OR GIVE THEM ACCESS TO IT. They will trick you into keep adding money into the account for promotions but there is no promotion. They call you and pretend to give you knowledge then ask you to put money into the account. Then they will ask you to put more money, little do you know when you want to close the account or take out the funds. They do not contact you at all. They have it pending and never get back to you. Do not listen to them or add any funds. Trust me

Stay away from this company if you are looking to invest. My colleague lost almost 200k CAD to this crooks and she was devastated for months. She could not withdraw her capital not to mention the profits that was shown on her portfolio. However, it was lucky that she met a company online who took it upon themselves to recover the stolen funds. If they could be a knowledge center that teaches us how to calculate points/pips for synthetic pairs it would make this the greatest synthetic platform. I'm happy with the platform nevertheless.
