Called this company to check on a furnace issue. The dispatcher was very nice and professional, that's about it. The tech showed up - NO MASK! I told him, where's your mask? He's said, I don't believe in that crap. First warning sign. He looked at my furnace and said the repair would be $1500 for a new automatic water feeder. Well turns out there's nothing wrong with the feeder according to an other plumber. The boiler just needed to be flushed out properly. Wow, these guys are total RIP-OFFS, Stay - away!
Definitely recommend them. Within minutes of speaking to the owner, my appointment and all of the necessary insurance certificates were in place to fix my leaking kitchen sink. The plumber showed up early and solved the problem quickly. No hassles.
I plan to switch my bath to a shower. Unfortunately, being in a condo, I have to have a licensed pro get the permit and do the work. I have already fully gutted the entire room, all the pipes are exposed and super easy to access. When I thought I would be able to obtain the permit myself I did all the research on what is involved and what tools and materials I need. The total for tools and materials was around $200 and I estimated that it would take me (a completely unskilled person) no more than 3 hours to complete the job. When I found out that a pro had to do it I called Aladdin and was quoted $2,800! They must have seen me in my nice work clothes and thought I didn't know the difference between a pipe wrench and a light socket and thought "hey we can make $2,500 pure profit off this unsuspecting woman."
Literally awful. He came and fixed the clog but charged 3x as any other plumber would. Literally feel scammed on the price. How do you charge $500 to unclog a toilet?!?! I'm literally baffled. I could of bought a brand new toilet and had it installed for less.
The hot water heater they put in started leaking in two years and they refused to replace it even though it is still under warranty. $500 for labor & $150 for a new water heater. Call someone else. They are a rip off.
These guys have saved me over and over. Evertime I need them, they are here within 20 minutes, day or night. I called Aladdin Plumbing at 7pm one a Sunday night. He was here within 20 minutes. Our drain was clear in 30!
