I purchased a Steam Engine 5087S ISO Nordic. I bought it because it is clear white. However, when the keyboard arrived, it was not white; it was gray (the photos are photoshopped!), and the RGB lighting is very weak. I tried to return it, and even though they acknowledged that the color is not the same as in the photos, they offered a ridiculous refund of 8€ (later 12€) for an 89€ keyboard! On their website, they display Warranty of Satisfaction badges and a 30-day return policy. ALL FALSE! They even mentioned that returns are "expensive and risky." Furthermore, they shared a story about a customer who lost both the parcel and the money due to a return, which is simply ridiculous. I'm including the content of their latest email, along with the story of the unfortunate customer who lost money and a keyboard in pursuit of a refund.

1. We will give you a refund of 12 € as compensation, hope you like and keep the item.

But to be honest, the shipping cost to return the goods to China is very high and it takes a long time. It will take up very much of your time and money.
And the parcel has the risk to be lost.
