The UAE government has announced that they have cancelled the Emirates airline's license to operate flights between Dubai and Canada. The decision was taken after the Canadian government refused to grant the airline a waiver for its refusal to comply with the United States' entry ban on citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries.
2. Emirates refund policy
In order to ensure that customers are not left out in the cold, Emirates has offered refunds to any passengers who purchased tickets before the announcement of the flight being canceled. However, the company has stated that it does not expect to offer refunds to those who booked their travel after the announcement.
