I purchased a pendant for my wife's birthday, but not only did I not get the gift in the time frame listed (it should have been here days before her b'day), but their website is absolutely useless for status tracking, and their customer service refuses to respond now, after two weeks of making excuses for the delay and promising to expedite the order. I will be recommending to everyone I know to pass along the message to never use Adorlla for ANYTHING. I feel robbed, and the experience ruined an otherwise wonderful planned day I had with my wife.

This is a scam website. I bought my purchase from adorlla site on 2/4/24, it says shipment 9-12 working days. I obtained my shipment on 3/9/2024. I contacted them multiple times, they have the following issues:
1. Poor customer service
2. They do not refund your money
3. The product is misleading I bought the silver projection bracelet it does not project n it looks like. Common bracelet not customized inspite the fact I laid customized.
4. The box they delivered was jammed
Please do a favor to yourself and avoid this scam website. No one should buy their product. They are misleading, false advertisement, and poor customer service and on top of that they do not refund

When I tried contacting the company they kept giving me a run around and when I threatened to report them to my bank they promised me to expedite my package, but it never came. Never did I receive my order. Stay away from this site it's a scam!

They completely ripped me off would not give me any order confirmation I contacted them through email told them that I wanted to cancel my order they told me that they were going to cancel my order and they were going to give me a partial refund. They never gave me a refund they sent me a product that was nothing like what I even ordered What they did send me is very very cheaply made and looks absolutely awful. Now they are telling me that I have to pay the money to ship the item all the way back to China if I want to see any of my money. Do not use this site buyer beware they are horrible to deal with. This has been a 2 month long process of fighting with them.

I don't write reviews as a rule. But my experience with this company has prompted me to break this rule, and to warn others about the horrible experience I had. First, I ordered from this company because they claimed to be from France. They're actually from China Second, I was overcharged and I have a string of emails proving I was overcharged, I asked for a refund and was refunded less than what I was overcharged. I again sent another email and addressed the situation and got no response. In the meantime, my order took over five weeks. I paid for express shipping and express creation of my orders. When they finally arrived over five weeks later, they were discolored and broken. I sent pictures and notified the company, I was offered a 30% discount and told that if I wanted the item replaced I needed to pay for shipping for it to be returned and when they received it they would replace the item even though they had pictures. Why should I incur another expense for product that was misrepresented and overcharged?

I placed an order on February 4th and a month later have not received it. And if you try to reach out to them by email they never get back with you. It is now showing shipped for a week but all the tracking shows is a label is created. I will never order again from them.
My item took 3 weeks to ship. I had asked to change the shipping address and got no response. It was shipped to my grandmothers home where she won't be for months so no one will be able to retrieve it. I would never order from here again.

My husband ordered a personalized pin map for our anniversary, and paid extra for expedited shipping and we didn't receive the order until two weeks later (we were supposed to get it within five days). The product is absolutely $#*! - I could make it myself and actually spell it correctly (who the hell mispells California?!). The font is completely different from what they showed on the website, the spacing looks like a three year old did it, and the wood got SO warped it barely stands up! When we went to their site to get a refund, the only thing they could "refund" was the shipping fee but ONLY for store credit. I'm sorry, but that is RIDICULOUS. I attempted to post a review of the product with photos, but they didn't allow any photos to be posted, let alone anything longer than 100 characters. The grammar is $#*! on the site too - very sketchy and I can't believe my husband got roped into it.
The product was supposed to be for my first wedding anniversary and this company fell straight through. Do NOT order from them, even if you think they have great prices.

I ordered a U.S. map made of wood and cork board to track all our adventures we have. When he opened it for our anniversary, the cork was separating from the wood. I sent customer service photos and they offered me $14.14 refund for my $75 purchase. I have emailed about 6 times asking to speak with a manger and they offered $22 refund. I am insulted and unsatisfied. Be warned. I will take my business to Amazon everyday with the return policy they have.

I ordered 2 picture frames that were to be for memories of my 2 boys from birth then kindergarten through high school graduation. I paid $261.70 for them. I ordered them December 7th, I didn't receive them until January 13th, So, it's a custom item, and the holiday season, so I let it slide. What I got was 2 picture frames made of really cheap material, they used double face tape to hold some of the stuff together. They were so warped they wouldn't lay flat on the wall. The names fell off of both frames. All four corners on both frames were chipped because they used that fake wood paper over the cheap base wood, and they were literally falling apart, there was a stack of 3 super thin pieces of wood held together by this tiny staple. I tried to send them back because they have a 60 day return policy, and in return they offered me 20% of what I paid back. I said no I want to send them back for a full refund, warned them I would dispute the credit charge and report them to the BBB, they came back with a 30% refund offer, and 35% off coupon for my next purchase at their store. I told no, I won't accept that and reported them. Don't buy anything from them.

Placed an order online on April 18th and as of today, May 19th order ha shown no movement. It was going to be a mothers day gift but due to no response I went another route. Adorlla is impossible to talk to, went through their website 4times messaging them with no response. At this point I just want the order cancelled and highly recommend people looking elsewhere when giving someone your business. Order should of shipped within 10-15days however it still shows as "in production"

I ordered a Mother's Day gift on may 6. It's June 16 and I still haven't received it. I received messages saying it is bc they are overwhelmed with orders. It has shipped multiple times. Even after I cancelled the order nearly a dozen times. They never canceled it and just kept telling me 1-2 more weeks. Every week they did this. Now today I get a shipping notification. It's coming internationally. I am extremely unhappy with their service and will be going after them in a legal manner to get my money back if they do not refund it on their own at this point. Purchased a map where you use push pins to mark where you have been for my husband. They used like a cheap glue tape to assemble so it just comes apart. The push pins that I spent extra on are nails. Also, shipping is misleading. Watch out for the extra time they try to spin. They will only refund if I pay to ship it to a place in China. Their site says us company. The cost to ship isn't worth the product considering it may not even make it back. Calling it a loss and warning everyone I know.
This item took 35 days to arrive. Once received it was MUCH smaller than pictured and the stickers were extremely flimsy and already starting to peel off. I would never order from the company or recommend them to anyone.

I bought a platter from them for Christmas and paid for faster shipping. It didn't get her in time so I reached out to them. They explained they had been busier than expected. I do try to be understanding. When it got here late January… they had repeated one of the names on the platter and left one off.
My first thought was, maybe I put it in wrong originally. I went and checked on my receipt from them. Nope. I had it right!
I sent them an email. They said they needed a picture, so I sent it to them.
Weeks later they say they are sorry for the inconvenience, they will send me a 20% refund.
No. I need a new platter with all of their names on it. Or I need a full refund. I can't gift this to a grandmother with one kids name on there twice and one completely missing! That completely defeats the purpose!
