This Union is a joke. I have never seen in my entire existence. The type of the way you guys treat people there is no manners. There is no discussion. There is no explanation no updates no information and what's really happening in the real life only interested in the database and subscription £7 a month!

Tip for consumers:
I just wanna let people that you’re scamming them, and the database is in the jeopardy !!

Products used:
It’s a subscription/ cancelling my subscription with my Union / ADCU-drivers union

The App courier & Drivers Union (ADCU) for short, is a Union offered on behalf of anyone who pays to be a member of this union in order to be heard. If you're not a member or a paying member and you have issues with working for the likes of Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats, they won't want to know you. It is their policy that in order to be heard and for them to help you out, you must pay to be a member of this Union. They won't respond to emails to anyone who isn't a paying member of this Union. They do hold strikes on behalf of paying members of this union, even if anyone working the likes of Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats has no issues working on, and is not a paying member of this union, they could not careless of your opinions of the strikes they do hold. The majority who are members of this union are from ethnic backgrounds. Claim to have it hard in working full time and using the gig economy as a means to make a living off. Claims of low fees, high fuel costs, no employment rights, holiday or sickness benefits, these ethnic self employed couriers pays to be a member of this union in order to hold strikes. Without this union, they would be stuck between a rock and a hard place, What gets me is why does anyone has to pay to be a member of this union for this union to hear you out and take action for you? This is no way to run any such union. If this union was for real, they would take everyone's opinions and concerns onboard and not just take opinions and concerns onboard only to paying members of this union.
