Unfortunately that's not true! We lovingly welcomed this family. You have come with 2 children 6 + 8 years old more. With us you pay from the age of 3 and get your own bed. Even though this family broke all the rules, we took you in. Sure, with an additional charge of 2 beds. Furthermore, we had to come twice after 10pm to complain about the volume of the children, which the father didn't like! On the day of departure, which the guest expressly accepted in writing, we are now sometimes forced to tell the truth. Also, it wasn't 20 minutes, it was 50 minutes! Where is the truth here? A lot of lies! The 7 garbage bags on the balcony are missing from the pictures, the guest forgot to take a picture of that! It's really a shame, he didn't make a good impression of his home country.

Ferienwohnungen Abendsonne Apartments, Fischerstraße 23,******* Rust, Germany. Hostile & Illogical Management to otherwise good apartments. Just check their replies to any negative reviews to have the feel. What you read in those replies is WHAT YOU GET. Unfortunately what makes the experience in these apartments are not the apartments themselves but how they are managed by the owners (apparently, father, mother and daughter). Apartments by themselves are nice and location is good only short walk from Europa Park. However our advice is to AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION, you never know when and how a dispute or an argument will ignite with this "hostile" owners/management. If still in doubt, just CHECK THE WAY THEY REPLY to any customer negative review in google, and in any booking site in which they are listed, only that would be enough. Due to limitation of characters, the full review will be posted in tripadvisor. This review is shortened.

* Rude attitude towards customers in general, e.g. we stayed 3 nights, they don't even know or address you by name not even the lead guest (they address us by: you group of 6), we didn't know their names also because they just don't bother to introduce themselves sort of arrogance & isolation from those guests who "will come for few nights, we just need the money". No receipts for any extras. Reception office always closed day & night. Checked us in literally in the middle of gathering they have with some friends in the garden without any privacy, respect nor professionality and even when came up to give keys seemed in urgency and more keen to go back quickly to the gathering.

* We were group of 8 including 2 kids below 6 years, we paid the advance reservation as 6 just to check at site before check-in their child policy whether below 6 are paying guests or not, so we asked before check-in and they asked us to pay 204 EUR cash only(incl citytax),which is their right, the daughter who checked us in were asking her mother IN FRONT OF US whether to allow us into apartment till i walk to nearby ATM to withdraw money or not, just to give you the general feel of their management. Later on when we mentioned we would leave truthful reviews, the daughter "we will also say you are liars and tried to pay for 6 guests and stay as 8 guests!", you will find such false accusations not only in their reply to our review but to other guests' reviews, like
"you are actually the source of noise, since your family tends to enjoy the habit of shouting at each other!"
"all other guests complained you don't follow the rules"

* Not all house rules are listed in booking sites, once you book and pay, you receive automatically email with rules. If you don't like them, and it is non-refundable reservation, good luck you cannot do anything. Among such rules, payment cleaning fee of 50 EUR if not clean the apartment before check-out, sounds "reasonable" right? Yes BUT not their definition of "clean", how to know what they want, this is subjective?, you would know upon check-out. Despite all normal "guest-level" cleaning we did and washed dishes...etc (check pictures) they insisted with disproportional anger or I would say strange rage on some trivial issues (shown in the attached pictures) which we refused to do especially after that strange attitude and refused to pay, if they would have deducted them we would clearly dispute with booking site or bank.

* Really funny situation before we leave the owner (father) ran from one side of parking lot to another just to close by himself the garbage bins to stop my son from throwing trash bags of last day into them, he thought it was good way to punish customers he disagrees with, you judge if you find such childish behavior normal and acceptable towards customers under any circumstances.

* Don't be surprised to hear statements like:
"you only have problem with us because you are from this or that ethnicity", despite being not true as negative replies are from many ethnicities.
"we will also come up with things to write in reply to any bad review you post".
