Terrible company. Tried to cancel my order 10 hours after placing it, despite them saying it would take 2-3 weeks to make it, only to be told it is too late. Joke.
Customer service is not their strong point.
They are working hard on deleting comments from unsatisfied customers but they cannot remove the angry faces from Facebook, a little sign of how unhappy customers are. Even getting honest reviews removed from another platform. Thankfully Sitejabber is more honest and does not allow such manipulation of reviews.
Tip for consumers:
Whilst the site makes it clear your order will take 2-3 weeks to make it would have been better to add you cannot cancel an order that you make. Just ten hours after placing my order I contacted them as my daughter wanted a different necklace but was told it is too late. How can it be too late if the order is waiting weeks to be made. Honestly, the customer service is terrible. Great Marketing but that's about it. Such a shame...
