I purchased some items for a celebration (specifically, cutouts of dear family members who would not be able to attend because of cancer treatment), and noticed about a week before that despite paying for an upgraded production time and being several days past the 3-5 day window, the products still hadn't shipped.

I called the Imprint number provided on their website, which was answered as "24 Hour Napkins", and was told by an associate that if I paid an extra $57 for shipping, it would arrive *guaranteed* the day before my event, if not two days. A step price for shipping, but because this was such an important detail, it was worth it.

Fast forward to today: the event has come and gone, and we are now a full week past the expected ship date. When I asked about why I was misled by customer representatives, Imprint.com basically gave a song and dance that they can't stand behind their own policies, and that they'd give me a whooping 10% refund. What a joke!
