Why am I not able to log into my account that has about 500 Yerdle dollars on it. I received an email on 11/6/2016 and another one on 10/16/2016 resetting my password. What will you do to rectify this matter for me?

I have an account which I cannot access, I keep getting this message: 'ERROR. A server with the specified hostname could not be found'. On November 4th I received one email subject was: We're waiving service fees. Prior to that on October 16th I received an email subject was: Reset YERDLE password. I'm beginning to wonder if maybe someone else got into my account. I know I had about 500 points so I need some help getting back into my account.
Why sell stuff if you can't use your yerdle dollars to make purchases.
