They are all reliable... If any of them was not reliable, XS would probably not use it for traders to transfer thousands or even millions of dollars in and out of their accounts in the first place. I think skrill is very good and popular but if you dont have an account there but you have an account on neteller for example, you can stick to it without a problem.
