i asked a after-sale compensation for a shipment that was lost by DHL #3794988105, sent already many e-mails and messages on the usgobuy site, but they never answered. really hope a usgobuy worker would help me here

i requested an after-sale compensation because a recent shipment never got delivered, and DHL took it as a lost cargo, and asked me to talk to the shipper, usgobuy in this case, but they never answered untill to all the e-mails, and messages i left them on the site. Waybill #3794988105. Really hoping for help
