Not a question but just a word of advise. Unlike these online shopping nazis over here that want everything for nothing and would still find something to $#*! about, I haven't had to many problems with yugster. Sure your customer service sucks and your products are either consisting of cheap chinese quality or refurbished but if you go in knowing what to expect, you got nothing to complain about. Its the risk they took, get over it! My advise (which is why i wrote) is to quit wasting my time and your own on that stupid yug points crap. Its meaningless. Im a "diamond" member and you know what i get for it? 1 dollar off a 2 hundred dollar computer. Yep, you read it right. ONE DOLLAR for having over 3700 points. That points bullcrap is more of an insult then anything else. Get rid of it. Like now. Thanks

I'm sorry but you sound just as much of a cry baby as the rest and if you're experiencing the same issues as some of these people have than shouldn't you be a little more understanding why people get to that point? Hmmmm I say shame on you! Didn't your mother ever teach you if you don't have anything nice to say than don't say anything at all? Oh wait a minute, probably not! The only one wasting your time is yourself. They have the right to voice their opinion just as you do. If you don't like what you read than don't read it. People write these experiences for the purpose of alerting others to negative issues that could stop the next potential consumer of making the same mistake. Leave them alone your such a bully!
