I liked the fact that it is a South African company, but I will rather die then ever buy anything from them again.
I have not had any success with Takealot. I am waiting for an order I placed and paid for a month ago and they keep changing the delivery dates. It's a mess. I am now going to the Ombudsman.
What customer service, firstly it's almost impossible to find either their customer service email or phone number, they are not interested in you as a customer, they only want to take your money.
