I can not track my order, it says "order not currently tracked". i order express delivery and nothing, no answer from customer service after 3 days...

Answer:

You have the same as me and many other people apparently. I ordered with express delivery, been waiting 8 days now and still not a single update. It's as if they took my money and have no intention of delivering anything.
