Hello... I live in California. I am curious if I were to order a pair of shoes about how long does it take before they arrive? Thank you.
I've been waiting for a refund, the item has been returned by Hemmes last week... your customer service doesn't work nor does the email

Hi Jill, I apologise for any inconvenience. Our Customer service answers calls as they arrive, between the hours of 9 to 5 (French time!). If you are calling from the US you will have to take into consideration the time difference. Emails are also replied to as they arrive, or within a day at the most, from Monday to Friday.
