What would you think of a company that claims to be legit but don't answer nor provide updates for four months? It's my case with sneak foot

I have the same issue. So I am reaching out to multiple websites to spread the word that they are scammers!

I have not received my order Luis Worrell. I placed an order since April 24th no merchandise no refund WHAT IS GOING ON?
