on 3/14/17Dave W, it sounds like you a have a really terrible job, trying to justify the way Signpost treats clients. In my case, I'm out $2,000 with no recourse, for a one year contract that I don't want. Shame on you!
Cancel your credit card, and ignore them. That is the only way to prevent them from stealing more from you than they already have.
They won't let you quit... if you paid the first month you are in for a one year contract. They are horrible
300 is a big part of our marketing budget too. We've been online for 2+ years and local storefront for 1 year. Over that time we've paid for print adds, digital marketing, email blasts, facebook campaigns, and at some point to grow you need reviews. It was a daunting task to over graciously ask for a review when shoppers are paying you, we want them to be happy with their experience and not have a memory of a reviews discussion, etc Within the first 30 days we've been very happy. Perhaps let the system ride like all online tools require, then see. I spent over 1500. 00 for a 25,000 circulation printed flyer and put a coupon code inside and had zero results. The 300 spend on this does get you your monies worth.
I'm so sorry to hear that... Good luck getting out of the contract. They will not let me out of mine. My company is way to new and way too small for what they do. When I signed up I only had 10 contacts and I could tell buy the tone in the guys voice that it was a concern but he talked me into it anyway. They may sound nice but they do not care!
Hi Nikira,
