Good luck, i never got a return call, or the product they charged me for. don't wait too long to file a complaint with your credit card company. mine is processing a fraudulent charge against them! i also filed a complaint against them with the federal trade commission. maybe if enough of us do this, we can close them down or save others the aggrevation. https://econsumer.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

Is there a different phone number to contact these people at? The one on their website keeps going to voicemail. I haven't heard anything since placing the order on 6-8-12... horrible customer service
