Clio is very well known for makeup, but I'm not sure about their skincare. Liners have never irritated my eyes and I have not had any products with their makeup products. I would like to try out their skincare soon though!
For Asian brands, the pigmentation from their eyeshadow palettes is so impressive and weartime is awesome. I usually find that western brands are a little more pigmented as a softer look is popular in Asia right now, but Clio's palette is a different story.
Products are made in South Korea, where their headequarters are but they have stores overseas as well.
