I think all company has positive and negative reviews, this is my second order with sareeka and get quality fabric and stitching

I am ordering a lehenga and it says $63.84 usd but when i tried to check out it says $99.84? That is false advertisment and dishonest.
Why do the advertise one price and at check out it is a higher price?
