XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

I got no where with my complaint. Tracking g is a joke it doesn't work... could it be fake? All seems dodgy to me. Leave an honest review I think.

It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
