on 3/24/16They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
I was not able to get my money back. I disputed the charges with my credit card, Bank of America and they told me that I was stuck paying them and there was nothing they could do. I canceled my Bank of America card as well...

Yes, they will refund you your monies back. This company is ligit! They do everything that the fine print says they will do. I honestly can't afford it but I am going to try and squeeze them into my budget. It is the best Resume company I've every dealt with!
I didn't notice the fine print that requires you to cancel within 14 days or get monthly charges, but I called them immediately when I saw the first charge and they cancelled the subscription, agreed to refund me, and sent email confirmations of their agreement to do that, so I assume I will be refunded and can't complain about the site.
During the FOURTH call to this company, I talked to a man that did refund for January, not for the previous three months however. He informed me the previous people I spoke to were no longer with the company. A lie? I don't know.
