Received no cancellation email. ever. i have been charged for 2 months. talked with "john" today about this matter. my bank has been notified. claims are disputed. your company will be investigated. if i don't receive satisfactory results, i will continue to pursue this matter. several attorneys in the family. you have turned over the wrong stone! kelly manis

Answer:

They stole my money! 240 bucks! I also went to the bank to dispute them.

Why does the resumegenius employee tell you if you leave a 4 or 5 for the review, they will put in a word to speed up your refund? is this ethical?

Juan, shut up. You hire your customer service support as independent contractors from the Philippines. You know darn well that you INSTRUCT them to say this!

ResumeGenius.com provides a full refund to customers who are still within their 14-day trial subscription term. Customers who wish to redeem a refund must contact customer service prior to the end of their trial subscription term either by calling customer support at (866) 215-9048, emailing support@resumegenius.com, or by using live chat via ResumeGenius.com.

I'm very upset. i was sure i cancelled this service before the 14 days was up. i needed 1 resume. i see others getting a refund but i was told no.

Answer:

All you need to do is tell them your credit card company agreed to file a fraud charge and they will immediately grant a refund. Also, you can tell them you're going to contact the better business bureau.

They charged me $39 were I have only enrolled for 14 days trial for $1.+. Since that day I am chasing them for the refund of my hard earn money on below email but didn't got any proper response. support@resumegenius.com I wish at least you get your money back.

What are the charges for resume formating and a cover letter.

Answer:

1.95 for 14 day subscription. Then they want to charge you 39.95 monthly automatically and wont let you cancel it. Dont use resume genuis
