Reservations.com is running an Internet SCAM. The address of reservations.com is
390 N Orange Ave
Orlando, FL. 32836

File an on line report with the State of Florida Attorney General's Office. Google the site to be connected

Also file a complaint with the US Justice Dept. The address is:
US Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Ave
Re: Internet SCAM/ fraud
Washington DC. 20530

A simple letter laying out what happened to you will add to the report I filed with both the mentioned agencies. Just complaining on review sites will do nothing to stop those crooks from operating. If enough people complain about how the scam works, only then will reservations com be criminally investigated. Complaining to the Better Business Bureau serves no purpose. The Better Business Bureau runs their own scam. Business members pay the BBB for membership. Interesting how only non-member businesses usually get bad reviews. The only purpose of the BBB is to placate people who complain, unless you happen to not be a paying business member.
