I can assure you that it is completely safe to order from us :) Our orders are all printed in Los Angeles, California, and are then shipped by UPS Mail Innovations to your country. Once they reach your country, they are then transferred to your local post office for final delivery. Our European orders take anywhere from 5-15 days to be delivered. If your package somehow gets lost in transit, don't worry, we still have you covered and will refund you or reship it again, the choice is up to you :) If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out to us at orders@represent.com. However feel free to reach out to us at social media or at orders@represent.com anytime :) As for your question, that depends on the campaign you're ordering from. The best is to pay attention to the "Shipping date" advertised on the campaign page. That's the estimate when your order will ship out form our warehouse. All products from one campaign go to print all together and ship at the same time. US domestic delivery times are then 2-5 business days. Hope this helps :) Best, Stepan
Hi Paul, Thanks for your message! I hope you got an answer on some other channel/system by now. We do our best to respond within 48 hours max, however especialy at this time of the year, we are usually able to respond faster, covering mainly Email, Facebook and Twitter accounts as well as a phone line.
