If i need to shorten my stay do i get a refund?

Answer:

I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.

Wondering if i booked with pretigia a refundable rate and cancelled it within the cancellable timeline, would i get a deposit/ commission refunded?
