Not sure as I had no reason to call them. But after reading negitive reviews about the customer bad experinces and the (highly visible confusing steps) cancelling of a subscription, one can only put one and one together and believe me, one and one does not equal 3 UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Proceed at your own risk. You have been warned.

The absolute best way to get out of a membership completely with a rip off site like this is to contact your bank, tell them you have lost your (the card used) credit/debit card and That you need a replacement card mailed
