With caution as they give addresses who know nothing about them They are hoping that you report your item as lost Read scam feedback This company based in Estonia stall you at every turn Any way it still costs you to track etc NOVADS OU are laughing all the way to the Bank - and for now as there comes a time when all 'good'scams fall Try ECC a consumer government funded company in the UK I believe who try to track overseas scammers Good Luck

Sorry to tell you this, but better keep it. That's how novads scam people. They may give you an address where to return the goods, but it is usually a country (my case was talinn) where it will cost you a fortune to ship back the goods and get returned to you anyway because the address doesn't exist! Totally criminal!
