Has anyone been able to get a full refund for Novad masks?????

I got a full refund from this fraudulent company and their fraudulent product. Here's how I did it.

I called Visa and they told me that I had to get in touch with the company and demand that they send me a prepaid label so I could send back the product and get a refund. If they didn't respond within 15 days I could call Visa again and make a dispute. The Visa dispute number (for Canada at least) is 1.877.717.2377. You have 115 days to make a dispute from the day you pay for the product.

The company was hard to find but I finally found them through their Facebook page. Their email is support "at" novads.co. They answered my email but said that they do not send prepaid labels. They told me to put the masks in an envelope and return it to the return address with a tracking number. Fortunately I still had the bubble envelope with the return label so I used that.

They refunded me through my Visa account several days later but refused to pay for the tracking number, which was $20.86. I called Visa again but they told me that I had to wait for them to send me the prepaid mailing label and because I didn't they didn't have to pay for the tracking. However, Visa kindly reimbursed me the $20.86.

Hope this helps the many people who have been taken in by this scheme. I am going to post the same n the numerous review websites that are complaining about this deceptive company.
