With caution as they give addresses who know nothing about them They are hoping that you report your item as lost Read scam feedback This company based in Estonia stall you at every turn Any way it still costs you to track etc NOVADS OU are laughing all the way to the Bank - and for now as there comes a time when all 'good'scams fall Try ECC a consumer government funded company in the UK I believe who try to track overseas scammers Good Luck

Yup! I ordered three (03, SUPPOSEDLY) 'N95' masks for my daughters who are travelling (home healthcare) RNs and were unable to obtain them thru their respective companies, and one (01) for my wife who was washing their clothes daily. 1st: It took over two (02) MONTHS to receive them. 2nd: Their customer service $UCK$! After a month with no product, I started contacting their customer service to obtain status on my purchase. Right up until delivery, customer service kept referring me to a tracking website that was NOT being updated. Customer service kept telling me my order was enroute, when the tracking site they were referring me to said my order had not left CHINA! 3rd: NOVADS / HYPERSIS Tech appears to be a U.S. company when the only thing U.S. about them is a 'pass thru' to CHINA! 4th: The products, for which I paid $50 each, are EXTREMELY CHEAPLY MADE, and I'm sure that someone could make more than 40+ an hour! My daughters, when these didn't arrive, made their own and were SIGNIFICANTLY better. I got screwed BIG time! 5th: Did I mention that their product and customer service $UCK! Buyer BEWARE!

Has anyone been able to get a full refund for novad masks?????

Answer:

I got a full refund from this fraudulent company and their fraudulent product. Here's how I did it. I called Visa and they told me that I had to get in touch with the company and demand that they send me a prepaid label so I could send back the product and get a refund. If they didn't respond within 15 days I could call Visa again and make a dispute. The Visa dispute number (for Canada at least) is 1.877.717.2377. You have 115 days to make a dispute from the day you pay for the product. The company was hard to find but I finally found them through their Facebook page. Their email is support "at" novads.co. They answered my email but said that they do not send prepaid labels. They told me to put the masks in an envelope and return it to the return address with a tracking number. Fortunately I still had the bubble envelope with the return label so I used that. They refunded me through my Visa account several days later but refused to pay for the tracking number, which was $20.86. I called Visa again but they told me that I had to wait for them to send me the prepaid mailing label and because I didn't they didn't have to pay for the tracking. However, Visa kindly reimbursed me the $20.86. Hope this helps the many people who have been taken in by this scheme. I am going to post the same n the numerous review websites that are complaining about this deceptive company.

ABSOLUTELY! Their ads are fraudulent, showing red masks but company says red is NOT an option, BLACK ONLY!

I returned two drones to novads which cost me £40 postage and they were tracked.this was before christmas but i am still waiting for a refund.

Answer:

My drone order shipped over a month late, no personal customer service at all! I will be shocked if I ever receive it!
