I decided to go with NACA because they don't consider your credit score and the counselors work with you to become qualified. NACA has made me more diligent with saving money by not spending on wants but needs. This method has strengthen my assets considerably. Greetings, Ways to Volunteer: -Call and Ask 10 people to register to vote using your NACA ID number as the reference number on NACA.com -GO TO NACA.com and sign up for a NAC-Neighborhood Action Committee. After you sign up advise your counselor of the community service you are doing in your neighborhood, and we will give you credit -You can also refer members to NACA and after they complete their intake session, we will give you volunteer efforts for your referral (please note Intake appts are 3 months out so it would take that long to get your credit) Thank you for choosing NACA to assist you with Achieving your Dream of Homeownership! Greetings, The first step with the NACA program is to sign up for a homebuyer's workshop. The class is required and will cover all questions you may have about our program. Back in 2010 I applied for a loan modification with BofA 4 times. I was always denied n not given any info on why. I finally found NACA during on line search, went to one of their workshops in San Leandro CA n I applied through them again for a loan modification and finally was immediately put on a trial plan in July 2010, in November of same year I signed my loan modification with BofA n before Christmas I was current on my loan. I got a 2% interest, 30 years and all the late payments were added to my original mortgage. Thank you N A C A! Without your help I would probably had lost my home... now almost 9 years have passed and I'm still current on my mortgage and finally planning some remodeling.
