Yes, you absolutely can request that your bank refuse any additional payments be sent to that company. I did it and got refunded the money they had originally sent to the company when I fialed a fraud complaint. My bank did cancel my card and issue a new one but it was well worth it to get rid of that awful company for good!
YES. Dont do it! I am a rational educated professional and I got off the phone in tears of frustration. When I did the $1 deal I saw a listing of homes for sale... NO RENT TO OWN! Then I called the number that someone called me from. I spoke to someone who not only did not speak clear English but clearly could not understand me. She could not answer my questions. I gave up and called Customer Service which was even worse. All she did was try to get me to pay 49.95 just to see the actual rent to own homes. When I asked her a question or told her I could not understand her, could she repeat what she was saying, she just repeated the script. I told her to cancel. Dont waste your time with this site!

I was getting the same thing. They are under different names and promotions. I ended up calling the number that came thru with the withdrawal. 1-888-378-8521. I got a recording that says they are closed but then sent me to automation to cancel membership and it found the account by my phone number. I received a cancellation confirmation. Good luck hope this helps you find the account to cancel
