How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at m&t bank?

Answer:

The last two times I've called them, I was on the phone for 20 minutes and 35 minutes, and the problem did not get resolved. My account kept getting locked for "suspicious charges" and their IT people couldn't successfully unlock it.
