As others have said, you must have your child's phone. The app is hidden on the phone. The mSpy instructions are not very good, so you'd probably best trying to find a youtube video. If you're not very techie, you'll probably have problems. Also as others have mentioned, there are better options. I'd go with a different company.

Try flexi spy i am using it... it is very easy to install and use. And the app is totally hidden from the target device...

Setting up the software is simple, rooting the phone mught be a challenge though

You can hide the software so they dint know
